Participant NDA & Confidentiality Agreement

By accepting this agreement, the participant agrees to protect confidential information belonging to Webfit Solution Limited, its clients, partners and users.

Confidential information

Confidential information includes source code, credentials, customer or user information, project documentation, pricing, business plans, internal processes, databases, designs, technical architecture, client material and any information identified or reasonably understood as confidential.

Participant obligations

The participant must use confidential information only for authorised programme activities, must not disclose it to any third party, must not copy or retain information beyond what is necessary, must follow access-control and security instructions, and must immediately report any suspected loss, disclosure or security incident.

Project publicity

The participant may state that they completed the relevant Webfit industry experience track and may describe general skills gained. They must not name confidential clients, publish screenshots, source code, credentials, private data or non-public project information without written permission from Webfit.

Return and deletion

On request or at the end of access, the participant must return or permanently delete confidential information and stop using Webfit/client systems unless separately authorised.

Continuing obligation

Confidentiality obligations continue after participation ends for as long as the information remains confidential or as otherwise required by applicable agreement or law.
