Industry Experience Programme Terms

These terms govern participation in the Webfit Solution Limited Industry Experience Programme.

1. Programme nature

The programme provides supervised practical industry exposure, project activities, feedback and career-development support. Participation does not itself create a guarantee of employment, job placement, immigration outcome or future paid role.

2. Eligibility and information

Participants must be based in New Zealand and must provide accurate identity, contact, availability and immigration-status information. Participants remain responsible for complying with their visa conditions. Webfit may request supporting information before allocating project activities.

3. Participation expectations

Participants must meet agreed commitments, follow instructions, communicate professionally, protect company and client information, and comply with Webfit security and confidentiality requirements. Project allocation depends on capability, availability, supervision and current business needs.

4. Fees and refunds

Programme fees are disclosed before payment and are collected when the application is submitted. Payment does not guarantee acceptance into the programme. If Webfit declines an application or is unable to provide a suitable programme placement, the programme fee will be refunded. If an applicant withdraws after acceptance, does not complete agreed activities, becomes unavailable, or is removed for misconduct, confidentiality breach or material non-compliance, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable New Zealand law.

5. References and completion records

Any certificate, completion record or reference will reflect the participant’s actual programme dates, track, activities, conduct and performance. Webfit will not certify employment unless a separate employment relationship exists.

6. Confidentiality

The NDA and confidentiality obligations form part of these terms and continue after the programme ends where stated in the NDA.

7. Changes

Webfit may reasonably change project allocation, supervisor, workflow or schedule where required by business, client, security or operational needs.
